The above family seems to have the greatest likelyhood of being the source of our Alexander Anderson , b. abt 1792 according to the 1848, 1850, and 1851 census of S. Monaghan, Ontario, and bearing in mind that family tradition has it the Anderson family came from Crieff, Scotland, and also that a marriage took place between Alexander Anderson and Cathrine Kennedy seven miles to the west of Crieff in the village of Comrie on the 13th of December, 1820. notes by James C.
