Living next door in the next dwelling, this Isaac Cox could easily be a relative of Rachael (Cox) and therefore a clue as to the identity of the Thomas Cox, the father of Rachael (Cox) Moffitt.

Could Isaac Cox be a brother or perhaps a cousin to my elusive Thomas Cox , who died in 1845, Indiana. An Isaac Cox shows up on the auction of the personal belongings of the estate of Thomas Cox on December 30, 1845. See the notes for Thomas Cox (died November 1845) for details.
Isaac shows up on the 1850 census page 210 right beside David Moffitt and Rachael Cox, the parents of Mary Moffitt who married my elusive Thomas Cox who died in 1845. In 1850 census page 206 the widow Mary Cox is not far away with her five children William through to Hannah.
