OSHKOSH, Wis. - Wolf Point native and UM graduate Barbara (Greenwood)
Sniffen, 76, a professor emeritus at Wisconsin State University who had
taught in the Sweet Grass Hills, died of a heart attack Oct. 30 in
Wausau, Wis.
A memorial service was held in Oshkosh, with burial of ashes in
Brownsville, Minn.
Survivors include her husband, John Kenneth Sniffen of Oshkosh a son,
Matthew Sniffen of San Francisco, a sister, Mary Schuler of Dutton and
brothers Bill Greenwood of Sandpoint, Idaho, and Jack Greenwood of Wolf
Point.
