Elizabeth's family is one of the original Berczy Settlers. Lorenzo Dow Hagerman's father was Nicolas Hagerman b. November 8 1780 in Germany and his mother was Mary Polly Press b. Jul 28 1793 in Pennsylvania USA. Both are buried in Hagerman's Corner (Cemetery) in Markham Township York County Ontario Canada
