Laurie Parker

  General Notes:

I am Muriel Hanson the eldest child of Genhard Hanson, I was born on June 23, 1955. I married Laurie Parker (DOB January 20, 1955 of Mafeking MB. on July 2, 1983.
We married on the Parker farm near Mafeking Manitoba. This was my second marriage. Laurie adopted my son Billy Shane born January 15, 1976 in Swan River MB. (from my first marriage). We then adopted a son together; Benjamin Michael Born September 1st, 1985 in Kamloops, BC. We also raised my sister Doris's son Darwen; Born January 16, 1981.

Darwen is presently in active duty with the Canadian Armed Forces in Afghanistan. Billy works for the logging company that Laurie and I own as a truck-driver. Benjamin is still in high school.

Son Billy Shane Married Camille Willis on Oct 3rd, 1998 in Swan River, MB. They have two children Taylor Brooke Born in Swan River on Oct 6, 1997, and Carson Allan Born in Swan River on July 13, 2000.
