Newcastle is in County Down, south of Belfast and southwest of Downpatrick. The town has a built a memorial fountain for Percy French, who wrote of Newcastle in a popular song about a century ago.

Bulawayo is Zimbabwe's second largest city. Located in the South-west of the country, it is home to more than a million people.
