Lynn Valley Pioneer Dies
Funeral services will be held Wednesday for Mrs Georgina Campbell, 94, an old-time resident of Lynn Valley, who died at her home Saturday.
Born in 1849 in Newark, New Jersey, she moved to Glengarry in 1868, and was married there. In 1911 she took up residence in Lynn Valley.
She leaves 109 survivors, among whom are five daughters, Mrs N. Delaney of Cloverdale: Mrs. N. Kilbraith of Saskatchewan, Mrs J. McIntominey of Vancouver, Mrs. J. Boyle of Tacoma, and Mrs. J Ross of Detroit. Two sons, Angus in Ontario; and Alexander in Victoria.
There are 54 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held from the Chapel of Harron Bros. Ltd., North Vancouver, at 2:30 pm. Wednesday. Rev C. H. Dallard officiating.
