This 1911 census record is interesting but very very difficult to transcribe but might possibly be Amy Dyson as the 3rd person in the Dunbar home in 1911 in Fernie, B.C.

:
1911 census, Canada, British Columbia, subdistrict 13, Fernie, page 4

Dunbar, Clyde H, Main St. male, Head, born March?, age 33?, born Ontario, Irish, Canadian, Barrister
", Marjorie, female, Wife, married, born March?, age 23?, born India, immigration 1907?, English, Canadian, Anglican, occupation: None,
plus one other person.. name is very hard to read, but looks like "Dyson, Amy" , relationship perhaps "Aunt", female, single, born Nov 1886, age 24, born England, immigration 1911, English, Canadian, Anglican, occupation: None

(very possibly aunt Amy Dyson , unwed sister of Marjories's mother, visiting from England, jca)

1914-1915 W. A. Jeffries city directory for Kamloops, B.C.
What a surprise to find Amy Dyson with her mother Emily Dyson visiting her in Kamloops B.C. Canada. She very likely would have visited Florence (Hudson) Dyson , the widow of Arthur Dyson and her family in Calgary Alberta as well?

The 1914-1915 issue of W. A. Jeffries city directory of Kamloops B.C. shows Emily Dyson (widow of Thomas) at the home of Amy Dyson at 127 St. Paul in Kamloops. giving further evidence that the 1911 census in Fernie, B.C. is of Amy Dyson, the aunt of Marjorie (Salmon) Dunbar.

Amy Dyson on this 1914-1915 city directory is working at the land titles office in Kamloops, B.C. where Clyde Dunbar is the district registrar and is the husband of Marjorie Salmon (Amy's niece)

You already have noted on the web Amy's record in the
Immigration Canada/US of June 1919 returning to
England. There is a second entry, confirming that
info, but has a bit more on the back of the form.

It notes that she had fair complexion, brown hair and
brown eyes. It also records the seaport, date of
landing and name of steamship she came to Canada on.

I read: Montreal ?? 22, 1911 Lake Manitoba.

Collections Canada records an SS Lake Manitoba leaving
Liverpool 11 May 1911 and arriving in Montreal 22 May
1911. Listed among passengers is:

Dyson, Amy Frances, age 24, single #59471 pd. $50
occ: typist and destination either Hosmer BC or
Blackfalds, AB. I think it would be Hosmer, as that
is just out of Fernie where Clyde and Marjorie Dunbar
were in 1911. (The info doesn't line up that well)

On checking the 1911 census again for Fernie in the
Kootnenays where we thought the 3rd line could be read
as being Amy, I see the census enumeration date was
June 5. As well, the Automated Genealogy website for
1911 Census listed the 3rd person as
Dyson(?) A (?). I think your first impression, that
this might be our Amy Dyson is right on.

Lastly, there is another entry for Amy in the
Immigration to New York database:

Amy Dyson, 09 February 1926, aboard Celtic, age 39
Female, Single, Occ: Secretary
Last permanent residents, England, London.
Name and address of nearest relative:
Mother - Mrs. Dyson address: 10 Leinster Square,
London, England. b. abt 1887 Dulwich, England
Port of Arrival - New York, New York

Unfortunately, this database does not indicate what
her destination is. I'm thinking probably Kamloops as
this would have been not too long after Marjorie died.
