  Research Notes:

I did find Grandpa (Humbert)on the 1901 census with his grandfather, Edward
Williams, in Llanfair Ruash, Denbighshire, Wales. The
oldest son, David left at age 14 to "run away and join
the Navy" according to his daughter Peggy who lives in
Penticton and is a bundle of info about that side of
the family. She's in her 80's now and Florence has
been picking her brain every chance she gets.
Coincidentally, he ended up working for I believe
Cunard Lines in India and met his wife there. Peggy
was born in Bombay .
