A search of the 1861 census seems to find both Sarah Parker and Charles Parker both as (seperate) boarders in Worksop. Perhaps their parents John and Mary Parker are deceased by 1861?
The 1861 index at ancestry.com shows Sarah as Sarah Parkin, Boarder, age 17, born Gateford, Notts., but it is probably Sarah Parker.
