Sarah or Sally and Mary were sisters.
Jacob G. FLANDERS b: June 5, 1806 and died March 19,
1889. He is buried in Evergreen Cemetery Section 11, Row 5, Stone 4. Also
noted another burial site for Sarah H. FLANDERS at Evergreen Section 11,
Row 12, Stone 16, this also references back to the stone Section 11 Row

When he died, Ann Mathews (wife #3) sued for part of the estate. The court action papers were filed in Painsville, Ohio. ".

of the county of Lake, were legally Joined in Marriage, by competent
authority, in conformity to the provisions of the Statutes of the State of
Ohio, in such cases made and provided; in conformity to the certificate of
the said MARRIAGE, signed by J. T. Doolittle J. P. who solemnized the
same, has been filed in the office of the Probate Judge of said county of
Lake, this fourteenth day of March Anno Domini, one thousand eight hundred

The undersigned John W. Tyler asks to be appointed Administrator of the estate of Samuel Winch, deceased late of Mentor Township, Lake County, Ohio. And being duly swornsays that the amount of personal property belonging to said estate will amount to about $2500.00 and amount of Real Estate about $2000.00 and offer as surities Edward Sapherm, T. S. Baldwin and suggest as appraisers Z. French, Hannibal Snell, Charles Wilcox.

Greenwood, Hannah Roll, William Winch, James Winch, Albert Winch, Esther S Mitson, Samuel Kidd, Angeline Kidd, Richard Kidd, Garbutt Kidd, Cynthia Kidd, Mariah Kidd and Ann Winch, the later (sic) the widow and the the others the heirs at law of Samuel Winch deceased, to disallow and reject the claim of Mary A. Winch presented to you for allowance as administrator of the Estate of said Decedant Samuel Winch, No part of which said claim has been paid. Said claim was presented for allowance as a valid claim against said estate, on the 7th day of May 1877.

2. The said Asel Winch was the child of Samuel Winch, Jr. born on 8/1/1797 at Utica, Oneida Co. N.Y. buried at Painesville, Lake Co., O on 5/14/1875 married (1st) abt. 1821 to Elizabeth Mountany died on 1847.
3. the said Samuel Winch, Jr. was the child of Samuel Winch, Sr. bapt on 2/3/1760 at Framingham, Mass died at Canada after 1797 married (1st) on 6/29/1780 to Elizabeth Maynard born on 4/24/1761 at Framingham, Mass.
