THE WINCH MILL .. abt 1864

About the time that Nichol's mill stoped making saw dust, Marshall Winch put up a mill about a mile and a half southwest of Lenora, which was not unlike the other, except that it had better power. A brother, Asel, finally bought the affair and a few years after a freshet washed it out.
