The undersigned John W. Tyler asks to be appointed Administrator of the estate of Samuel Winch, deceased late of Mentor Township, Lake County, Ohio. And being duly swornsays that the amount of personal property belonging to said estate will amount to about $2500.00 and amount of Real Estate about $2000.00 and offer as surities Edward Sapherm, T. S. Baldwin and suggest as appraisers Z. French, Hannibal Snell, Charles Wilcox.

An Inventory and Appraisement of the Estate and Property of Samuel Winch, late of Lake County, deceased, will be taken at his late residence in Mentor Township, on the 3rd day of May, 1875, and continue from day to day thereafter, if necessary, until completed.

You are hereby notified and required by Asahel Winch, Marshall Winch, Lydia Dafoe, Mary Mann, Margarete A. Greenwood, Hannah Roll, William Winch, James Winch, Albert Winch, Esther S Mitson, Samuel Kidd, Angeline Kidd, Richard Kidd, Garbutt Kidd, Cynthia Kidd, Mariah Kidd and Ann Winch, the later (sic) the widow and the the others the heirs at law of Samuel Winch deceased, to disallow and reject the claim of Mary A. Winch presented to you for allowance as administrator of the Estate of said Decedant Samuel Winch, No part of which said claim has been paid. Said claim was presented for allowance as a valid claim against said estate, on the 7th day of May 1877.
