His life was spent onthe farm around Preeceville & then they moved to Sturgis & then to Bowden, Alberta where he passed away. His funeral service was in Preeceville where he was interred in Preeceville cemetery. Minister was Paul Morck, a family friend. William married Helen Johnson on 17 May 1940 in Preeceville, Sask. (Helen Johnson was born in 1920 in Preeceville, Sask..)
